I tried to log -in to m More y account to find that my password no longer worked and when I tried to reset it, the email was sent to the OTHER person who now had my account information and the domain. When I called the company to explain what was going on, no one understood or took the time to help me understand what happened. I know have someone elses' credit card on MY file, and they have MY domain. The company says it is under investigation and gave me a case number, but I couldn't get any names or contact info to call back and get help from a supervisor or someone who can explain what happened.
